In this talk, author and lecturer Susan Cabrera will teach ways to reduce stress during this period. She will include poetry recitations from her book Life in the Fast Lane and will be available to sign books. Susan has her masters degree in Counseling Psychology with emphasis in behavior modification from Stanford (where she has also been a counselor and clinical researcher).
