Join us this Sunday, either in person or online, as we discuss On Global Warming.
Warren Blier will trace 500 million years of natural climate variation, then zoom into present day greenhouse gas emissions and climate change, and impacts of the latter. He\u2019ll also look at a profound disconnect in understanding and beliefs between climate scientists and the general public.”
Warren has a Ph.D. In Atmospheric Science from the University of Washington,
was an Assistant Professor of Atmospheric Dynamics at UCLA, and long served as the NOAA\/National Weather Service Science and Operations Officer for the greater San Francisco and Monterey Bay Regions (from which he retired a few years ago).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
