Join us this Sunday, either in person or online, as we look further into discrimination and privilege in the relations between the sexes.<\/p>\n

The first video, Sex Discrimination: Crash Course Government and Politics<\/em> #30 shows the efforts to promote gender equality through political action.<\/p>\n

Crash Course is a YouTube channel started in 2011 by John Green and Hank Green, who believe that high quality educational videos should be available to everyone for free. To date, there are 44 main series of Crash Course.  You can watch this 8-minute video at https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=1uFh4GTZH-U<\/a><\/p>\n

The second video is MEETING THE ENEMY A feminist comes to terms with the Men’s Rights movement<\/em>. In it, Cassie Jaye describes reviewing her taped interviews for a documentary on the men\u2019s rights movement showed her the importance of really listening to those you disagree with and leaving one\u2019s pre-judgements.<\/p>\n

Cassie Jaye is an American film director, best known for directing the 2016 documentary film The Red Pill<\/i> about the men’s rights movement.  You can watch this 15-minute video at https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=3WMuzhQXJoY<\/a><\/p>\n

The last video is I’ve lived as a man & a woman — here’s what I learned<\/em>. Paula Stone Williams is a transgender woman who talks about what she hadn\u2019t known about being a woman and what she hadn\u2019t known about being a man before her transition. She expresses a unique understanding and sympathy for both.  You can watch this 15-minute video at https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=lrYx7HaUlMY<\/a><\/p>\n
