The Society hosted its second annual&nbsp;<a class=\"!text-viridian\" href=\"https:\/\/societyfortheruleoflaw.org\/rule-of-law-summit-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener ugc\">Rule of Law Summit<\/a>&nbsp;in Washington, D.C. on November 13. Contributing to the panel were:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"pl-5 list-disc mb-4\">\n<li>the Hon. J. Michael Luttig, Former Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit;<\/li>\n<li>the Hon. Rep.
