It includes elements of difference and allows people to be their whole self while including space for self-care, reflection, and hard discussions.<\/p>\n<p>Michele Mashburn will discuss elements of disability justice, the difference between accommodation and access, and how the attitude of inclusion will benefit all groups. We will also discuss Ableism, models of disability, and how to create a supportive community no matter what happens.<\/p>\n<p>Michele is the Director of San Jose Peace and Justice Center and a cohort member of Creating Freedom Movements.<\/p>\n<p>After the Forum, please join us for a lunch at 12:30pm.
