Proponents of gun control say yes. But does it even matter what the framers of the Constitution intended? Why can&#8217;t we just craft rules that make sense today? Does the Constitution guarantee the right to own guns for self-defense? For defense against a tyrannical government? What kind of arms are covered by the Second Amendment? And who decides?
