Hear stories about the lives of incredible, courageous women from around the world, who, despite severe obstacles, found their way to Ghana for the Women\u2019s International League for Peace & Freedom ( 103 years old) Triennial Congress in Ghana. We don\u2019t really have a clue as to what these women face daily!<\/p>\n

Barby Ulmer, a lifetime teacher at all levels from pre-school to university, with her late husband Vic, co-founded the now 50 years old, all volunteer non-profit Our Developing World, designed to bring realities of \u201cdeveloping countries\u201d to North Americans through programs, teacher training and a lending resource library (Reality Tours), and handcraft sales to tell the stories of the artisans\u2019lives. We believe that we\u2019re all developing and can do better if we work together & learn from each other.<\/p>\n

After the Forum, please join us for a lunch at 12:30pm. The lunch is complimentary for first-time visitors and students.
